Guests are kindly asked to treat the property, the suites and all shared areas with care throughout their stay. Our team is available to assist and support guests in matters related to comfort, safety and accommodation procedures.
Check-in begins at 14:00, while check-out must be completed by 11:00. The arrival day is counted in full regardless of time. Late departures may incur extra charges. Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid passport or ID and sign the required registration forms in accordance with local regulations.
Accommodation rates are listed in euros per suite per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Any additional government or local accommodation fees, such as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee where applicable, may be charged separately according to current Greek legislation.
Payments may be made through the methods accepted by Marmarian Suites, such as bank transfer, cash within legal limits, or online payment gateway where available.
The minimum age for independent check-in is 18 years old. Guests under this age cannot be accommodated without the presence of a parent or legal guardian. Valid identification is required for all occupants.
Guests are expected to use their suite and all property facilities responsibly. Any damage, whether accidental or intentional, must be compensated before check-out or after departure if discovered later.
Guests are kindly requested to report any malfunction, damage or issue inside the suite within the first hour of check-in.
Marmarian Suites offers an adults-only accommodation experience, welcoming guests aged 18 and over. The suites have been designed for quiet, comfort, and relaxation, creating a peaceful environment without the noise and movement usually associated with family stays.
This makes them ideal for couples, close friends, and solo travellers looking for a more refined and tranquil seaside escape in Neos Marmaras, with privacy, elegant interiors, and a calm atmosphere throughout their stay.
Guests are requested to report any issues or deficiencies as soon as possible after arrival to ensure prompt resolution and a comfortable stay. Suite usage must comply with the terms of the booking and the property’s accommodation policy.
Marmarian Suites maintains a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests. Repeated disturbances, disrespectful behavior or inappropriate conduct may result in denial of stay and removal from the property.
Only registered guests may access or stay inside the suites. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval from Marmarian Suites management.
Hosting additional persons beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all suites and enclosed areas of the property. Guests may use outdoor areas where smoking is permitted, provided that they respect safety rules and the comfort of other guests.
Towels and linen must remain inside the suite. They are not suitable for beach use and cannot be taken outside the property for hygiene and maintenance reasons.
Guests are kindly requested not to throw paper, wet wipes, sanitary products or foreign objects into the toilet. Waste must be disposed of responsibly in the designated bins.
For safety and maintenance reasons, moving or rearranging furniture inside the suite or common areas is not allowed without prior approval.
Guests must use all provided equipment responsibly and according to normal household use. Strong-odor cooking, frying, unsafe use of electrical devices or use of unauthorized appliances is not permitted.
Dishes, glasses, cutlery and utensils must be used carefully and left in a reasonable condition. Marmarian Suites cannot be held liable for accidents caused by improper use of equipment.
Marmarian Suites maintains the right to refuse accommodation or to end an ongoing stay whenever circumstances threaten the safety, order or proper functioning of the property.
These measures are applied only in cases where a guest’s behavior or the conditions of their reservation violate fundamental policies that ensure a secure and respectful environment.
Marmarian Suites may refuse accommodation or bring a stay to an end if the guest does not comply with the property’s booking, payment, identification, safety or conduct requirements.
A stay may be declined or terminated if the guest does not meet the terms outlined in their booking. This includes incorrect personal information, misuse of booking channels, failure to respect rate policies or any attempt to alter the reservation conditions without authorization.
If a booking has been made using fraudulent payment methods, unauthorized credit cards or any transaction identified as suspicious or invalid, Marmarian Suites maintains the right to cancel the reservation immediately and deny check-in.
Guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement for independent check-in cannot be accommodated without a parent or legal guardian. If the guest arrives unaccompanied and does not meet the age criteria, the reservation may be cancelled without compensation.
All guests must be able to confirm their identity with official documentation. If the person who arrives cannot prove that they are the person listed on the reservation, Marmarian Suites may refuse check-in for security reasons.
If a guest refuses to provide a valid passport or identification upon arrival, Marmarian Suites may be unable to complete the registration process. In such cases, entry to the property may be denied.
To protect all guests and staff, Marmarian Suites may decline accommodation if a visitor shows symptoms or has confirmed presence of a contagious disease that may pose a risk to others.
Any form of aggression, harassment, physical intimidation or threatening conduct towards staff, management or other guests is grounds for immediate termination of stay without refund.
Repeated disturbances, offensive language, loud music, parties or inappropriate actions that disrupt the peace of the property may result in removal from the premises.
Any incident involving theft, deliberate property damage or repeated careless behavior constitutes a serious violation of accommodation policy. Such behavior can lead to immediate eviction and potential financial charges for repair or replacement.
Organizing parties, gatherings or hosting additional people in the suite without written approval is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events may cause disturbances and safety risks and may therefore result in termination of stay.
Excessive alcohol consumption, disorderly intoxication or the possession/use of illegal substances is not tolerated and may lead to removal from the property.
Any damage or wear beyond normal use caused by misuse or negligence is the guest’s responsibility. The guest is liable for repair or replacement of the damaged items, furniture, equipment or amenities.
Guests are kindly requested to report any damage, malfunction or irregularity in their suite as soon as possible after check-in. This allows Marmarian Suites to assess the situation immediately and resolve any issue without inconvenience.
Any problems reported later may reasonably be considered to have occurred during the guest’s stay.
Any deterioration that exceeds normal use is treated as guest responsibility. This includes misuse of appliances, careless handling of furniture, stains, broken items, missing equipment or intentional disregard of the property’s guidelines.
When necessary, Marmarian Suites may evaluate the issue and determine the nature and extent of the damage.
Reasonable use refers to treating the suite and its facilities with the same care a guest would show in their own home. Using equipment safely, avoiding unnecessary strain on furniture and keeping the suite in a generally tidy condition are all considered normal behavior.
When these standards are exceeded, Marmarian Suites may classify it as improper use.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused within their suite or other property areas, whether the incident is accidental, intentional or caused by accompanying individuals.
This responsibility also applies to visitors who may enter the premises temporarily under the guest’s supervision, if such visitors have been approved.
If repair, replacement or additional cleaning is required, Marmarian Suites reserves the right to apply the corresponding charges. Costs are calculated based on professional assessment and may be billed either during or after the guest’s stay, depending on when the damage is discovered.
Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the suite in a respectable and orderly state. Normal use is expected and fully acceptable. However, excessive disorder, strong odors, stains, damage or significant mess that goes beyond daily cleaning standards may result in additional cleaning fees.
